Creative Tip: Madeleine with Yopol and Crumiel

Make your madeleines special with two amazing ingredients: Yopol (yogurt powder) and Crumiel (crystallized honey). Here is a simple recipe to give an original twist to your cookies!

Ingredients:

  • 150g flour
  • 100g of melted butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Yopol for a mild yogurt taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Crumiel for a crunchy sweetness

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the melted butter and stir gently.
  3. Combine the sifted flour and Yopol to infuse a slight yogurt flavor.
  4. Pour the dough into madeleine molds and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, add a few grains of Crumiel on top of each madeleine for a crispy and sweet decoration.
